Unable to Recover Permissions on Restricted Pages as Admin

Hey all, we've discovered a handful of pages that have suddenly become restricted to everyone. Myself and other application/space administrators are unable to rectify this through normal means.

The pages do not show up in the "Restricted" section of the Space Settings. Are there any other methods or tricks to recover permissions?

We've observed this also for some pages, and this "autocorrected" after some time.

I understand that a site administrator can change the restrictions on the affected pages.
