Unable to access Atlassian Marketplace server

My confluence cannot access the Atlassian Marketplace server, is this atlassian's own problem or mine, the firewall configuration is normal.

There is an Active incident with Marketplace

The server should be reachable to marketplace.atlassian.com over port 443 (Outbound)

Let me know if you are able to get a response when you enter the command
