Was trying to add a link on a confluence page:
"http://....=(FSM_STEP3%20eq%20%22yes%22)". Have not mentioned the full link to maintain the confidentiality. However the concern I would like to raise is the last part to the link.
After pasting the link and pressing "Insert", the link seems to get altered automatically in the following manner:
Why does "25" get appended after each "%" to the above link?? How do I avoid it?
Please advise.
Hello Dilip! Well, it seems we just hit a know bug in Confluence 6:
CONFSERVER-45966
The bug was fixed in a later version, 6.2.1. When inserting the % symbol, it gets re-encoded to %25 and renders your link unusable.
As a workaround (described in the bug report) is to directly insert the link into the editor.
Let us know if this helps your case!
