Unable to attach and display images or pdfs

Hello there,

We are using Confluence Cloud.

Since yesterday's outage, the button with an image icon to add images or other attachments to a page has disappeared and there is an emoji instead.

Also, when I try to add any doc to a page using the drag & drop, the browser will just read the doc rather than attach it as it used to.

What should I do to solve it?

+1. We can't add images.

Image icon is missing, and / shortcut can't add images.
