Unable to connect Confluence Cloud to Slack

I have added Confluence to Slack successfully, and see the "Welcome to Confluence Cloud" page in Slack. When I click on the "log in to continue" button in Slack, the Link Confluence Account page opens in my web browser, and when I click on the Connect Accounts button, I get a pop-up message that says "You are not authorized to install Confluence Cloud on <my Slack account name>", which appears to come from Slack. The subtext says that I don't have permissions to install the app on this workspace. Which workspace has the permission problem: Slack or Confluence?

Based on the error message you provided, It seems that you don't have permission to install the App in Slack.

Can you share a screenshot of the error?
