Unable to copy page as an admin of a space

Hi  I am an admin user of a space in confluence.nike.com. When I copy a page from 3 dots menu, I see my cursor change to page id and a green + sign, but I cannot copy the page anywhere and I do not the dialog box to enter information on where to copy the page to. I am on Mac using Chrome browser.

Hey Ashish - 

Can you confirm that you also have Add Page permissions? 

Per the documentation, 

To copy an item, you need permission to Add items in the space. If you don't have the add permission, the Copy option won't appear in the menu.

It is possible to have "Admin" permission to as space but not "Add" permission. This is intentional, as it allows admins to manage settings but not content.
