Unable to create a new Space in Confluence

I have installed Confluence and created a new database in Postgres. After launching Confluence I am not able to create a new Space. It shows loading indefinitely. Please let me know what could be the problem.

Please try to create a Confluence space to reproduce the issue and provide the Atlassian logs. If you see an error message on the UI screen during the space creation, attach the screenshot as well.
