Unable to edit Confluence page/ pages

Hi, 

I am trying to edit an existing page, but it keeping throwing the same error 'Cant save changes'.

I have not really edited anything yet on the page, just clicked on the edit button ( pencil) and the first thing i get is the error. 

I tried reloading and switching browser - but same issue.

We tried checking if this was due to multiple people editing the same page - but the issue still persists

Any1 else faced the same issue? Any thought why it might be ? 

Also this functionality was working perfectly till last week ( and impacts just 1 project documentation - not All)

Hello Priyakshi,

This might be the cause, can you try the workaround provided in that KB and see if that helps? If not you can also 

Restore a version of a page to when it was working

1. Go to the page and choose > Page History

2. Click Restore this version beside the version you want to restore (or at the top of the page if you've opened the version)

3. Change the default change comment if necessary, and choose OK
