Hi everyone ;)
We have had an issue here for a few month (June 2018) with one of our colleague being enable of editing one page.
We've checked his privilege on the space and the page, he has the rights to add/delete pages on his space, and to view and edit this particular page, so it's doesn't seem to be the issue here.
Whenever he tries to edit his page, by clicking on the Edit button, the window refreshes and only displays a "Print" button (see screenshots).
I have the same issue with my admin account.
Our Confluence version is 6.6.5.
We have found a workaround, which is to right-click the edit button and open in a new tab, but it is obviously not convenient.
Have one of you ever had such an issue?
Thank you in advance ;)
Hi everyone,
Just a small update: I've found my problem!
It was a faulty html macro, designed to display a print button at the bottom of the page.
The code is fixed and so is the page :)
Thank you for helping me with this issue @Fabienne Gerhard ;)
Thanks @Olivia_Tournois for sharing your solution with us.
Always those faulty html macros - shame on them!
Thanks for thanking on me - actually didn't give any help ;)

i had similar problems but different causes....
What could be a problem is 'Collaborative Editing' or 'Synchrony' you may wanna have a look on that!
yoursystem/admin/confluence-collaborative-editor-plugin/configure.action
What also caused some problems where different versions of same page people worked on (see also collaborative) which we're unsaved - try make a copy of the page as a "fresh" version.
Hope this helps!

Hi Fabienne
Thanks a lot for your reply ;)
I've checked our plugins, but it doesn's seem to be the issue :/
I'll try maybe to move the page on another space, as we've already deleted it and recreated it multiple times. That's really an odd issue.
