Our end users are experiencing issues when trying to download pages into word where the error reads -
"Something went wrong.
We're moving mountains to get it sorted.
View our status page and subscribe for service updates."
The status page reflects that there is a maintenance in progress but doesn't detail any components affected.
Even Atlassian Admins are unable to download and face the same error.
Can you help us out here please.
