Unable to loign into Confluence with Jira Administrator account after integration

Dear Support,

We have migrated and upgraded Jira&Confluence to newer versions recently.

Older Versions : Jira v7.0.3  Confluence : v5.9.2

New Versions   :Jira  v7.13.3 Confluence : v6.152

After upgrade, Unable to login into Confluence with Jira administrator account. We are able to login into confluence with other Jira accounts except Jira administrator account.

We also completed the integration of Jira & Confluence.

We also observed that users added to Confluence Administrators group are not able to login into confluence.

Please let us know how to resolve this issue. Please treat this ticket as a high priority as it a production environment.

Could You please tell more about custom of user directories. Do you use some like openLDAP?
