Unable to make text bold

I am working in Confluence 6.15.2 and I have been unable to make the text bold this week.  I have tried using the "B" button and also "Command B" on a mac.  Bold used to work fine for me so unsure why it's not working now.

Hi Manisha.

Yes, enable general shortcuts is checked.

It has not resolved my issue as it was already checked and I am still unable to make text Bold.

Thank you for sharing the details.

Confirm if you are able to see the B on the confluence page header. Are you able to make the work Bold using the B icon?

Apart from the Confluence page are you able to use the "Command+B" to make the work bold on Word document?

Since when you are facing this issue and also let us know your Confluence version.

I am working in Confluence 6.15.2.

YES I am able to see the on the confluence page header.

NO I am not able to make the work Bold using the B icon.

I am able to use "Command+B"  to make the work bold here but NOT in Confluence.

I have been experiencing this issue since around May 4th, maybe longer.

Confirm the below details:

1. Are you able to use Italics and Underline?

2. Which server (window/Linux) are you using.

3. you are seeing the issue with all browsers or only a specific browser.

4. Is it Cloud instance.

2. Which server (window/Linux) are you using. I'm on a mac DNS 192.168.86.1

3. you are seeing the issue with all browsers or only a specific browser.  It has happening on Google Chrome.  I tested Firefox and I AM able to bold so the issue appears to be with Google Chrome.

4. Is it Cloud instance.  I'm not sure what you mean.  I am connected using a VPN on wifi.
