Unable to paste image into section, but able in plain Confluence text page

I can't seem to paste an image into a specific Confluence section page.
But in a 'regular' plain Confluence page I can paste an image.

Other colleagues seem to be able to paste an image in the Confluence section page.
What settings are responsible for this, so I can alter them?

Good morning. It might be easier to assist you with your issue if you could share images showing the problem. Maybe post a screenshot showing where you cannot paste and image and then post a screenshot of where you can paste and image?

Hello Collista, the issue was rights related. 
Obviously inserting attachments was restricted to Admins only.
That was changed and now I am able to insert attachments/paste images.
