Unable to upload files to confluences on particular spaces using the edit function of the page.

However, It is possible to upload using Tools>Attachments>Upload File .

I cannot check logs as this is an OnDemand service that apparently does not allow me access to such logs.

I am also having this issue all the time. How could it be fixed?

Using the file selection dialog through insert > attachment.
