Unable to upload files to certain spaces in our OnDemand Confluence site. Receive 'Could not upload the file to Confluence. The server may be unavailable' error.

Unable to upload files to confluences on particular spaces using the edit function of the page.

However, It is possible to upload using Tools>Attachments>Upload File .

I cannot check logs as this is an OnDemand service that apparently does not allow me access to such logs.

Using the file selection dialog through insert > attachment.

How did you do the upload, is it drag and drop?
