Unable to upload images from other sources than file explorer.

Hi There,
Our team have encountered an issue which seems to be only affecting some users, myself included. When trying to work on a new page in confluence.
When clicking on the Files & Images button in the top toolbar, or using the '/' command, I am not taken correctly through to where you usually go on the files & images section, where you can upload from your computer or from the cloud to Confluence.
Instead it skips that part and takes me through to file explorer only, we are unable to upload and add images or videos any other way.
For example of what I mean, this the page we want to get to;
However instead, what we get is this;
This has only started happening since yesterday. Any idea for a fix? Thank you!
