Hi, I'd like to untick or uncheck all items in the Checklist, so as to start fresh everyday. Is there a shortcut to do that, instead of unchecking 1 item at a time?
The ability to quickly uncheck all items in a checklist depends on the app or platform you're using. Here are some common approaches:
In Notion: Use the multi-select feature. Highlight all checklist items, right-click, and select “Mark as Unchecked.”
In Microsoft To Do or Trello: These apps don't have a bulk uncheck option, but you can recreate the checklist by copying and pasting it into a new list.
In Google Keep or similar apps: Duplicate the checklist, and the duplicate will have all items unchecked. Delete the old checklist.
Custom Scripts or Shortcuts: If you're using a customizable platform like Excel or a web app, scripts (e.g., using VBA or JavaScript) can automate the unchecking process.

Hi @pparamaguruparan and welcome to the Community,
not that I know of. You can already branch over all Tasks on a page with Confluence Automation but I couldn't find any corresponding action, that would allow you to uncheck those tasks.
Possible workarounds:
A) Use Confluence Automation to Create a new page using a template and tidy up the old page at the same time
A) You could pull the page content via API, search for the Checklist Items, uncheck them and then push the edited Content back onto the page via API

Hi Rebekka, thankyou for the response. Unfortunately, at the moment, neither of these would solve my problem, however thanks for sharing.
