Under my space, I have 10 projects. I have to share confluence page of just 1 project to my client. My client should see just 1 project and NOT OTHER 9.

To share a single page - you can use a public link. Mind, anyone with access to that link will see the content.

Now... I need to make assure we're on the same page - 

Confluence is a 'site' where you can create multiple 'spaces'.

Within a space, you can create multipe pages etc. organized in any way imaginable.

 

Ideally, you would have one space per client. So if you have 10 clients, you would have 10 spaces in your single Confluence site (Confluence instance).

In this way, you could make that space available to selected people (for free) by granting them guest access. A guest can access only one Confluence space.

Another option is to give proper Confluence seats to your clients and manage their access.

Or, you can use an app like Scroll Viewport by K15t or Instant Websites by Glintech and built documentation sites - one for eache client - and control access to each by SSO or tokens. But that's a really advanced use case. These two apps can create sites that are protected and do not rely on Confluence permissions.
