Uniform Header with Image for all pages

Hello there! I can't seem to work my way around creating a 'uniform header image' for all my pages (kinda like a company header on every page not just the logo though) and I was wondering if there was anyone out there having the same query or knows there way around this. I could really use some tips to get this running!

The answers linked by @Manisha Kharga _Appfire_ work great if you just want to put an image. If you need more control and want an easy way of editing the header I suggest you take a look at our app Lively Theme. It also allows you to do the same for footer, custom menus and your dashboard. :)
