Upgrade Confluence with expired subscription to fix CVEs

Hello!

Is it possible to upgrade self-hosted Confluence with expired subscription (till 2 Apr 19) from 6.15.1 to 6.15.8-9 to fix CVE vulnerabilities (CVE-2019-3394 and CVE-2019-3398 and CVE-2018-20239)?
Or may be it is possible to get only patches for thoose CVEs?

Probably the same applies to confluence. You might only be able to upgrade to a version released before april 19
