Upgrading Confluence 3.5.17 from a standalone Zip file in windows7

I have downloaded confluence 3.5.17 standalone zipfile and extracted in C drive. I have taken the data path from confluence 3.4.9 and pasted it in confluence.init.properties. And i have started the server,the server gets started but the application is not able access,what i have do?can any one reply me
