Upgrading from 6.0.0-OD-x to 5.10

Hi, we've been running a test Confluence Server on 6.0.0 as we migrated from a Cloud version. Now we have purchased a license and are ready to go live, but we can't migrate our site. Is there a workaround for this issue?

Hi Rosalind, 

It's not possible to upgrade from 6.0.0-OD-x to 5.10 using the installer just now. We hope to have this problem fixed very soon (hopefully as soon as version 5.10.1). 

If you're not able to wait, you can upgrade to 5.10 manually using the zip file - info on how to do this is here https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Upgrading+Confluence+Manually. 

If you have any further problems upgrading, don't hesitate to contact Support who will help you through the process.
