So you can upload a video to the central space storage and then reuse it across different Confluence pages by embedding the video from the storage. You can find much more information in our documentation.

you can upload videos in Confluence.
Try drag n' drop or open the attachments by clicking the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the page.
Please keep in mind, that Confluence is not ideal for storing videos.
You could end up in problems with the file size.
If that's the case you could increase the file size limit in the admin settings of Confluence.
Another possible way would be to upload the video on to a file storage like Sharepoint, Google Drive or even Youtube with private settings.
You could then link the URL to your Confluence page.
