Uploading backup from 6.15.9

Hi, I have a backup of my wiki from 6.15.9 and I would like to access it. Is there any way to load it. I tried uploading it into a cloud instance but got the error that Server backups cannot be imported into the Cloud.

The original server was local and I had been testing with h2. Anything I can do to get access to that data now that local server is gone?

There is a lot of work before migrating from Server to Cloud. You can not import Data using the UI functionality.
