I am reaching out regarding my free Atlassian account, which I have not accessed for the past few months. I recently discovered that the account appears to have been deleted, and with it, some very important documents and project materials that I urgently need to recover.
I understand that inactive free accounts may be subject to removal after a certain period; however, the data stored on this account is extremely valuable to me, and I would be incredibly grateful if there is any way to recover it even temporarily to retrieve my documents.

As Free Confluence and Jira come without Atlassian support, I'm afraid that your chances of recovery are limited.
