Use the Confluence welcome message on our custom home page/landing page

I'd like to use the Confluence welcome message not just on the dashboard but also on our custom home page/landing page.

Is there a way to do so?  Of course I could replicate it, but I'd rather maintain one location rather than two.

Thanks - what I want to do is have our own landing page that incorporates the system default Welcome message.

We plan to leave the dashboard intact so our technical contributors can use it as their landing page, and have a different landing page for people who mainly read.

But your answer does open up some new worlds to consider, if I can find a teammate whose skills include that level of working with the layout.
