User able to grant access to confluence even after disabling in admin login

I have disabled access confluence to few users via the Atlassian admin user management page but the users are able to activate it via Jira Project Pages. Once they click on Join Confluence its enabling the access without any approval from admin. Any help is appreciated.

@Krishna Jammalamadaka you should check your settings. You may be auto-approving users that are requesting access from a specific domain which is allowing any user with an email address associated with the domain to request and receive automatic access.

You can navigate to check the settings via:

Settings -> User Management -> Access Requests -> Update Request Settings -> Site Access

Check each tab for any settings that may need to be updated.
