User can't edit space but has full permission

Hello,

I have a problem with one user, as in title, she can't edit space but had permissions for that. Other 2 users with same permission can do it. In past other user has similar problem but after clearing cashe in browser problem was solved, but here it didn't help. Can somebody help me with it?

It was granted to user explicitly, other users too

Does the user have space admin permissions assigned because of a group membership or because it was granted to the user explicitly?
