User group Confluence question permission

I have created a user group and added a user to the group. Conflluence question permission and pretty sure the group i created doesn't have permission. However after i login as the user in that group, i still can use "Questions". Can anyone explain this? Thanks.

Hi,

You might want to check if the user belongs to any other groups that has the permission to user Questions.
