User sees outdated content on page

In our confluence we have one user that sees old content on a page.All other users can see the new content.

The page has some restrictions who may view it. I tried to clear content caches and log/logout. DIfferent browsers and different machines didn't help. Anybody experienced something like this already?

Yes we do. Approving the page did help. Thanks for the hint.
