Users cannot Add Pages in Confluence

I have users (David Harrison)  in my Confluence -User account, and it will not let this user add a Page or Child Page

Can you please check the space permission for the user David Harrison in the respective space.

Is this user able to create a page in other Confluence spaces? Please verify once the below permission.
