Hi!
We use Confluence Version 5.1.2.
We created our internal website structure with spaces and subspaces.
For example:
Main space, and it has 9 subspaces, with each subspace having its own subspaces.
We added lables to the content in the spaces and subspaces. Problem starts, when we try to add lables allready provided to the spaces and subspaces. On subspace level, confluence does not suggest lables beginning with "d" if i type: "d" for dokuments. Eaven if i have allready used lable "dokuments" on space or other subspace level.
Maby we are doing something wrong, but help is very appreciated.
Hi Erik, thank you for contacting us directly.
At first I want to explain, what subspaces are: they are just normal spaces. Therefore the hierarchical relationship you can create with our SubSpace Plugin is between usual Confluence spaces and it is only a "virtual" order, not a physical.
Per default in Confluence labels are given per space, which means, that a label, which is used in one space, won't be suggested in another space. The SubSpace Plugin cannot change this behaviour. That is why you cannot not use a label of a parent space in a subspace.
I hope this helps to clear things up.
Greetings, Stephanie

With spaces ->pages and childpages it works like it should. I type "do" and it suggest "documents". But it does not do it with spaces and subspaces.

I tested it by creating Space "one" and added 2 subspaces "subone" and "subtwo". Added lable "onetwo" to space "one" and it does not suggest lable if i type "on" when i want to add it to a page under subspace "subone". I used subspace plugin.

Ah I see. I tested out the same thing and managed to reproduce the same problem with SubSpace Plugin. This seems to be an issue with the third-party add-on instead. Auto-suggestions did not work for labels in subspaces. Perhaps you can contact the plugin author at confluence-support@communardo.de or https://jira.communardo.de/browse/CSSP for further info.

Does Confluence suggested label 'dokuments' if you type 'do'? I tested this out and Confluence suggested label 'dokuments' when I typed 'do' instead of 'd'
