View Permission Issue

Hi there,

I have a issue that my co-worker added me to this confluence for view, but I only see "Page No found". (Jira account)

Did we miss any setting? Please see below pics.

This is a classic case of permission issue, check the following permissions in same order:

1. Global Permissions - Since you are able to access confluence, this is not a problem
2. Space Permissions - Are you able to see the space?
3. Page Restrictions - It might be a parent-child page restrictions problem. Check with page owner and grant the access to parent as well child in order to access child pages.
