View Survey Results Without Voting and also restricting view access to results

I would like to view survey results WITHOUT having to vote while still restricting access to view results. Checking ‘always show results’ doesn’t restrict access but does show results without voting. I need both. - no vote plus restrict access . Thank you for your help !!!!!!

Can you provide more information? Are you using Confluence Cloud or Server/DC?  Are you using a third-party app for the surveys?
