ViewPageActivity display incorrect

Since upgrading from v7 -> v8.3.2 the View Page Activity is displaying variable names instead of rendering the items

EG

#stateSpan($activityEntry.pageState)#userAvatar($activityReportEntry.userName, "small")  Statechanged state to #stateSpan($activity) at #timeBadge($activity.date)
