Want to Migrate Confluence

Hello Atlassian, 

We want to Migrate our confluence application from an On-premises server to the Confluence cloud. We have Jira running over your cloud. 

Can you guys help us out with the same?

Thanks for this. However, our Jira is already on cloud, how we will be going to integrate in one user account?

Make sure that the e-mail address linked to the account on Server is the same as the one on Cloud.

In the migration screen, I'm not able to see my users which are in internal directory. we are using Internal Confluence directory. where we have 25 users.

If you go to Users under User Management, you will see the Directory where the users reside.
