Was the feature word import stopped for the on premise version?

Since a few days the feature word import isn´t any more available for the on premise version of confluence.

Does anybody know, wether the feature is stopped totally or is it only temporarily?

I do not think that the feature has been disabled or removed by Atlassian.

Could you rather check if the "Office Connector" built-in plugin is disabled in your Confluence Server instance? You can check it yourself under Confluence Administration - > Manage apps -> System (option in dropdown) if you have Confluence Admin privileges.
