Watching a page and subpages?

I know I can watch a page or "watch all content in this space", but can I just watch a page and its subpages without incurring the noise from notifications from other, unrelated pages?

Yes, you can in the configuration of your profile, click in your profile picture then in configuration

Then you can choose the pages you want to follow in this section

Or you can select the option of notifications for the mail

I guess you don't want to add all subpages manually for watching...
