We have just discontinued Confluence, but some students need to access (retrieve) old documents - is that possible?

We now have Jira and GreenHopper, and from New Year we did not renew Confluence. Untill 31st December we had hosted version, but are now On-demand. Is there a way for a student group to retreive material from their old project?

Hi Eivind,

As far as I know, you should be able to request an XML backup from your older Confluence instance. I think the best way to proceed is raising a support ticket under the OnDemand project and request one, they will let you know how things work on your case.
