We have lost a confluence space: I+D+I. We are unable to find this space. Is there any action history where we can see what happened? Has any user deleted it, etc.?

Are you a Confluence Product Admin? There are several options in the Administration:
There is an Audit Log: View the audit log | Confluence Cloud | Atlassian Support
Also, under Security > Space Permissions you could check if you find the Space (Search works by Space Key, not name) and recover permissions.
