We would like to rank our jira tasks within Confluence Cloud. Is there a stock widget or add-on?

Our Product person would prefer to do ranking within Confluence(Cloud) and not create a separate board to manage their priorities.  We have several boards we need to combine.   Is there a way to drag and drop jira issues within a jira widget in Confluence?

No, neither the Jira widget, nor the Jira gadgets will allow you to drag and drop Jira issues.  I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for and the next part is probably not what you want to hear either, but if I were you, I'd work on why you want separate boards but treat them as combined sometimes and rank them together.  You probably have a good reason, but to me it sounds like you need to either combine the boards or rank them separately.
