Hello,
My company is trying to set up a Web Application Firewall (WAF) for Confluence Cloud with Refined Cloud (which works as a SaaS essentially, running in parallel to Atlassian and pulling in/pushing back content from/to Atlassian in a dynamic way).
Concerning Confluence, I am aware of this document which provides information about IP addresses and domains for Atlassian cloud products and explains how to allow-list certain domains and IP address ranges to ensure Atlassian cloud products and other services work as expected.
My question concerns the Refined Cloud (or any other site-building app for Confluence Cloud - like Scroll Viewport) and how we could configure the WAF so that we don't face any issues.
Thanks in advance for any insights!
Best,
Vassia
Hi Vassia,
Raj from Refined here đź‘‹
Currently Refined doesn't support IP allowlisting I'm afraid - this is something we are looking into going forward though. Keep an eye on https://help.refined.com/page/roadmap-cloud for any updates!
Best regards, Raj Sehmi
