Webhook Availability

I've seen conflicting reports regarding the availability of webhooks for Confluence cloud. I have a demo account looking into the possibility of integrating with ServiceNow. The documentation makes it sound as if it should be visible in the general configuration section but nothing appears even as a site admin.

Welcome to the community!
