What's the best way to backup data on a Confluence space?

I'm heavily relying on Confluence + page properties macros (pulls data from other tables into a summary page) for project reporting. What is the best way to backup the entire space and all pages underneath?

What is the best way to back it up for offline access to the data? Is there an export all to pdf type feature?

Hello there,

You can export Confluence Cloud data with one of the following ways.

• For space exports (including moving from one Confluence instance to another): Export Confluence data on a space-basis
• For complete Confluence exports (including moving Confluence Cloud data into local Confluence installations):Exporting wiki data

These backups will allow you to restore the data on different instances.

You can also export pages to PDF as you can see on Customising Exports to PDF. The information will be available offline however it doesn't work for future imports.
