When I create a documentation space and use Theme Press, I receive a system error

Due to an issue in Confluence, you cannot create a Documentation space when Theme Press is installed. (See CONF-35611 and CONF-33246.) To workaround this issue:

1. Disable Theme Press
2. Create the Documentation space.
3. Edit the homepage of the space. (Open the rich text editor for the page.)
4. Save the page.
5. Enable Theme Press.

 The edit and save actions remove non-standard characters in the homepage.
