When I disable and remove a user account, is there a field in the database that stores the date and time this was implemented and who made the change?

Currently using Confluence 5.0.3

Hello Alex, thanks for sharing this. Hope this function becomes available in the next version release.

I am afraid this functionality is not available, but there is a current feature request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-6960.
