That's your own site. Doesn't look like it's open publicly. Sometimes using Macros can caused possible issues with exporting PDF. See if you have any macros that may cause this.
If there's no macros used, you may want to try copying that page and then try to export with the copied page.
Another possibility is just print the page and save as PDF. or use the browser export PDF option.
