Where are user defined Draw.io libraries stored in Confluence and can I rename them?

As per title, I am creating a number of Draw.io libraries as part of a document for an architecture repository but I can't find where the libraries are stored in Confluence or how to rename them. Does anyone know?

Look for a table in the database called something like AO_SOMETHING_DrawioLibrary.
The SOMETHING part is actually part of the hash of the plugin key.
Currently, libraries cannot be renamed through UI once they are created. But it's a feature we might consider in the future.

Update

v 5.4.5.0 now allows renaming of custom libraries.
