Where can I find a documentation of the xml format used when exporting a space to xml?

I am currently trying to duplicate a tree within a Confluence space without the use of Plugins. My approach would be to export the space to xml, write an own script that does the copying, and then import the updated xml to the space. In order to write the script, it would be good to have a detailed documentation of the xml output.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, this page doesn't not describe the actual xml content as far as I can see.
