Where can you find Confluence css page layout code examples

I am looking all over the internet for free html/css coded Confluence page examples where I can use the code to create my own template. Where can I find this? Are there any resources?

I think your best bet it just top open up the dev tools and look at the code. I don't think there is anything like that
