We have a lot of people use the scene, a huge number of comments, the current confluence comments will become huge, there is no more concise way of expression?
What would you want from a "more concise way of expression"?
Your users have comments to make on the page. If it gets too large, then you should probably split the page up into smaller parts.
We use confluence into a scene discussion, so there are always hundreds of people comment on this page, too many comments will change this page is very long, is there any good way to optimize the situation?

If you have thousands of comments and you can't break up the pages into smaller parts, then your pages are not really documentation any more, and it's probably worth exploring other routes of communication.
Our docs often go through revisions which build up a couple of hundred comments, and there's no problem with that, but it sounds like you're heading into the thousands/
At this point, you probably need to be looking at forum or q&a software. Have a look at the Confluence Questions add-on as a way to have that conversation, or consider something like Stride or Hipchat for getting people talking.
